A 5,000 sf warehouse was converted into offices for an engineering firm. To create volume and openness, the warehouse was stripped bare to expose the structural elements of the building envelope, and curved and asymmetrical planning created open drafting areas. Exposed masonry, carbon steel sheets and linear polycarbonate panels were used to complement the exposed steel and heavy timber rafters of the structure.
